We cut costs, not corners.

Our multi-family offering includes mid-rise and garden-style apartments as well as flat-over-flat or walk-up designs. Other available building types include townhomes, duplexes, condominiums, and senior living facilities. Our modular wood frame designs may be used on buildings up to four stories. These designs may be placed on a crawl space foundation or over a parking structure. Residential units may also be placed over first floor retail space to provide maximum flexibility.

Standard designs include one to four bedrooms and offer amenities popular among today's consumers. These plans are designed to offer open, attractive living spaces while providing maximum efficiency and reduce site completion costs. Modular construction offers many advantages over other construction techniques including speed of construction, increased quality, better energy efficiency, reduced construction risk, predictable costs, and a more reliable construction schedule. Modular is also a safer and more environmentally-friendly way to build.
